Room was fresh - pillows were comfortable - bathroom was nice - flush towels - pool was fairly clean - breakfast area was small - nice staff - breakfast could not have been better - very effective air conditioning
Convenient to Universal and Island of Adventure - there was a bus stop right outside the hotel - hotel was quite clean - staff was polite and helpful - endless supplies of complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and tissues - carpets were deep and clean
Convenient location - good value - room was clean and functional with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker - great place to stay - good rates - sink and bathtub drained well - plenty of hot water
Room was cleaned daily - fresh bed linen and fresh towels each day - breakfast area was clean - the selection of food was great - room was very nice roomy and very clean - continental breakfast was good and fresh with Belgium waffles
