Definitely a perfect place to stay close to the airport - free shuttle to the airport was offered - it was very convenient to commute between the hotel and airport - we utilized the free shuttle service - everything in our room worked quite well - had nothing to complain
Felt welcome and safe in this hotel - I traveled a lot and deeply impressed by courteous staff in this hotel - loved the fresh coffee and cookies

Between Disney theme parks and Universal/ Seaworld - only 10 minutes drive to the theme parks - easy access to many local attractions
A good place for families - spacious and clean rooms - luxurious baths with deluxe Portico amenities - great views - well-equipped with all amenities - a little too fancy - very quiet
Beautiful pool area - a large lagoon style pool - a smaller separate pool for kids - not self-taking drink was allowed in the pool area - great recreational facilities - kayaking, boating, tennis, biking and rock climbing all included in the resort fee
Fast elevator - fabulous room service - delicious food - many restaurants here offering yummy food - business facilities also available
Staff couldn't be more accommodating and professional - the room service attendant was awesome - always available when you needed help

Pleasant and helpful front desk - the room was about average - a easy walk to the Altamonte mall and multiple restaurants - the steak house was downstairs - a lovely little lake for walking around with ducks and behaved dogs on leashes - decent and large rooms - a tiny bit of mold in the bathroom grout - carpets and curtains smelt old - the shuttles was available to the Altamonte Mall
Breakfast with good variety - the rooms facing the water were quiet - fantastic property
Fabulous rooms - wonderful staff - well appointed room - Wi-Fi connection was not good
The French door divided the living area and the bedrooms apart - free bottles of water provided
Close to major highways - the Old Altamonte Springs was just a few steps from the hotel
Cooked to order eggs and fresh pancakes/French toast - gorgeous settings - genuine staff
Immaculate rooms - there was tons of shopping and restaurants nearby - close to Orlando and the parks - beautiful lakeside setting - a wonderful restaurant Bahama Breeze was right down the road - bathroom fan covered with dust - a bit overpriced - the hotel was overbooked
There were problems with check-in - room smelled like in old 80's motel - the location was off I-4 - the manager's reception lines were very long - lots of waiting for breakfast (more…)

Breakfast was good and enjoyable - lovely and spacious rooms with really comfortable beds - excellent breakfast - warm and friendly welcome - staff were lovely, friendly and helpful
Breakfast was great - evening reception with free drinks and snacks was wonderful - rooms were clean and very spacious with plenty of storage space - beautiful lobby - extensive complimentary breakfast buffet - fantastic waterfall

The Wilderness Lodge was very beautiful with a wonderful lobby and layout - it had a very nice private beach - our room was clean and comfortable
The pool was quite excellent along with the hot tubs - staffs here were friendly and professional and helpful - the kitchenette was well equipped with everything we need to cook
It was really close to the Walt Disney World and the Magic Kingdom - very friendly services - high end gift shops - a truly magnificent hotel

I absolutely loved the atrium/lobby of this hotel - the King size beds were wonderful and plenty of pillows - there was also a gift shop in the lobby
The rooms were equipped with mini fridges - I thought that this was one of the best values in Orlando - suites were well equipped - beds were comfortable - I would definitely stay there again
The hotel was well located in downtown Orlando - the staff was friendly and helpful - the rooms were large and well appointed - the free breakfast added to a great stay
